When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days once shipped.
Pre-order items ship within 4–6 weeks, as noted on the product page.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders ship via standard shipping only.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
How do I start a return?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition.
To initiate a return, email hello@lomea.com with your order number. Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email hello@lomea.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review and assist with a replacement if eligible.
How should I care for my glassware?
Our glassware is dishwasher safe. To preserve clarity and longevity, we recommend handwashing with a mild detergent and avoiding abrasive materials.
Are your fragrances clean?
Yes. Our candles and room sprays are phthalate-free, cruelty-free, and crafted with premium fragrance oils and carefully selected bases.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact hello@lomea.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not available.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Will in-stock items and pre-order items ship together?
No. In-stock items ship first. Pre-order items will ship separately once they become available.
