Refund & Returns Policy
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items purchased directly from LOMÉA.
Returns are available to U.S. customers only. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please email our Customer Care team at hello@lomeahome.com with your order number.
Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
A flat $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, and the items are confirmed unused and in original packaging, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
