SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Standard Shipping — $12
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.
Orders over $150 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items ship according to the timeline noted on the product page. Estimated ship dates may vary slightly due to production or fulfillment timing.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items will ship first. Pre-order items will ship separately based on the timeline listed on the product page.
Once your pre-order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & PO BOXES
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
USPS is used for deliveries to PO boxes.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, LOMÉA is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lomea.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
For lost or delayed packages, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim using the provided tracking information.
