LEAD TIME

Pre-order items are produced in limited runs and ship according to the timeline noted on each product page. Estimated ship dates are noted on the product page and reflected throughout the checkout process, and may vary slightly due to production or fulfillment timing.

Once your pre-order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order. Pre-order items are charged in full when the order is placed.

SPLIT ORDERS

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items will ship first. Pre-order items will ship separately according to the timeline noted on the product page.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once a pre-order is placed, we are unable to make changes, cancellations, or combine it with other orders.

In rare cases where a pre-order must be canceled due to unforeseen production or supply chain issues, LOMÉA will issue a full refund.
