Order Status
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase, as noted on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your pre-order has shipped.
Tracking Your Shipment
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier receives your package.
If You Haven’t Received Tracking
If you cannot locate your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still need assistance, contact our Customer Care team at hello@lomea.com with your full name and order number.
Shipping Delays
Shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. While we work closely with our shipping partners, LOMÉA is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
